What to expect
Your consultation is a key step in ensuring you receive safe, personalised care.
Your first appointment at the clinic is typically the longest. During this visit, we gather all relevant information to determine your medical eligibility for treatment. This step is crucial, as it allows us to identify any factors that could pose medical risks or complications.
This appointment is your opportunity to discuss any concerns and have your questions answered, ensuring you feel informed and confident about your next steps.

From Arrival to Aftercare
From hello at the door to aftercare at home, you’ll be guided through the full process. We explain what’s happening, why it matters, and what to expect next, so you always feel informed, comfortable and supported.
Consent
Written consent is gained prior to treatment. This is to ensure you understand the procedure and are aware of the benefits, possible side effects and risks, as well as post procedure care.
Pre treatment photos
Pre treatment photos are required before we proceed, as per our oversight protocol. These images serve as our clinical baseline, capturing any pre-existing asymmetries and documenting your treatment journey. All images are stored securely and confidentially within your patient file. These will never be shared or viewed by anyone unless you choose to provide consent for their use in educational before-and-after material.
Aftercare guide
Post treatment, your nurse will reiterate aftercares. Adhering to these is important to ensure the best possible result. You will be given an aftercare guide to take home which you can refer to.
Post treatment follow up
This appointment normally takes place two weeks post treatment. At this appointment, your nurse will review your results, to ensure you are both happy with how the treatment has settled. For first time anti-wrinkle patients, a follow up appointment is encouraged, as it allows the nurse to assess whether the given dose and placement was suitable. At this point, 2 weeks post treatment, for anti-wrinkle, top ups or tweaks can be made, if necessary. These will be charged additionally per unit.
Dermal filler follow ups take place 4 weeks post treatment. Your nurse will advise when your review should take place, depending on the treatment you receive.
This 15 minute appointment is also a great opportunity to review your results against the photos taken pre-treatment.
